EOX Vantage is very excited to announce we have been named as a Top Workplace in northeast Ohio for 2021 by the Cleveland Plain Dealer.
This is a wonderful, quite exclusive honor for us. Last year, there were less than 200 honorees out of the tens of thousands of companies, non-profits and other organizations in our region.
The award is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The anonymous survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to any organization’s success. EOX Vantage is so pleased to have team members that love working here!
It means we have succeeded in striving toward a welcoming, inclusive, supportive workplace while supplying great job satisfaction. We take pride in creating close bonds and working toward a family feeling. Employee engagement is important to us.
This nurturing work environment and positive organizational culture grows out of our stated company values. They are a natural extension of a corporate history that started with a childhood friendship.

Getting recognition for the pandemic year is especially rewarding. We made every effort to make sure everyone was ready and able – physically, technologically and emotionally – to work from home with the same dedication and level of service our clients have always enjoyed.
For example, our business continuity team mobilized an all-out 48-hour blitz to acquire and deliver needed equipment right before lockdowns and quarantines went into effect – in some cases driving hours delivering to team members’ homes!
We also created an emergency hotline to help with the individual or family concerns of our team members and expanded insurance claim coverage for COVID-19 expenses. Our team members mean the world to us and we are glad they feel it, too!
